COFOUNDER
Emil R. Calomino, CPA
Emil is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in process improvement, business development, and driving profitability.
He began his career in public accounting and progressed into management roles within the finance department of a publicly traded company. Emil went on to serve as Chief Financial Officer for several private organizations before founding his own successful distribution business in 2004.
In addition to serving on the boards of various companies, Emil is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
With a strong track record of delivering impactful results for both established enterprises and start-ups, Emil is known for his exceptional leadership, analytical acumen, and communication skills. He brings a unique ability to integrate sales, creativity, and financial strategy to foster sustainable growth and success.
COFOUNDER
Joseph J. Mashinski, Esquire
With over 25 years of experience, Joe is an attorney and consulting professional whose expertise ranges from insurance and ERISA compliance to alternative investments and startup advisory. His career includes serving as Counsel for a Fortune 500 company, where he managed outside litigation, I.P. disputes, and complex pension issues.
In the investment sector, he managed an alternative investment firm, successfully raising over $50MM in assets. He also brought his leadership to the legal field as Managing Member of both Mashinski Law Firm, LLC and Hughes & Mashinski PC, specializing in commercial litigation and business disputes. An accomplished entrepreneur, he cofounded the online mortgage marketplace "UNMO" and continues to guide its strategy as a board member.
Currently, he serves as President and Co-Founder of a Federal Government subsidiary of an artificial intelligence and predictive analytics company. His commitment to education is shown through past roles as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Champlain College and Lackawanna College. Joe holds an AB from Princeton University, a law degree from the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University, and is a good-standing Member of the Pennsylvania Bar.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
John Joseph
John Joseph is an accomplished entrepreneur and finance professional with a uniquely diverse background spanning mathematics, high-frequency trading, strategic consulting, and live entertainment investing.
John began his academic career in pure mathematics, completing a Master’s degree and passing both the basic and advanced PhD examinations at the University of Massachusetts before leaving to pursue an opportunity in finance. He later combined his quantitative expertise with entrepreneurship to build innovative ventures across multiple industries.
He is currently the founder and CEO of Five Wall Productions, where he manages a quant-driven portfolio of Broadway, West End, immersive, and other live entertainment properties on behalf of institutional investors. Prior to that, he co-founded the Broadway
Strategic Return Fund in 2016, the first institutional-quality hedge fund dedicated to live theater. As a Broadway co-producer, John is also a three-time Tony Award winner.
Earlier in his career, John was a founding principal at Ridgeline Partners, leading strategic consulting engagements that delivered measurable impact for Fortune 500 companies—including $133MM in incremental net revenue for a direct sales team and more than doubling revenue and gross profit for a technical/exchange division.
In 2003, he founded The SEMA4 Group, a Commodity Trading Advisor specializing in fully automated high-frequency trading. He developed the firm’s proprietary trading platform, which was later released commercially as Independent Trader. He has twice been recognized in CTA Star Search competitions, winning in 2003 and earning a top placement again in 2024.
Across his ventures, John has raised more than $1 billion for his own projects and for others. His career has been marked by both analytical rigor and creative vision, enabling him to bridge finance, technology, and the performing arts.
Beyond his businesses, John is a published mathematics researcher, with his work “A Chaotic Extension of the 3x+1 Function to Z₂[i]” appearing in The Fibonacci Quarterly in 1998. He is also an avid traveler with a global network, having spent significant time in China, Israel, and Ukraine.

Denise L. Calomino, CMPE
Denise is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 30 years of proven leadership in physician recruitment, acquisitions, strategic growth, and business development. With a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, she has consistently driven operational improvements, expanded market presence, and increased profitability across both established organizations and new ventures.
Known for her results-oriented approach, Denise specializes in process reengineering, team development, and problem solving. Her ability to quickly assess organizational needs and implement effective strategies has earned her a reputation as a trusted leader and change agent.
Denise is Board Certified by the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and brings a unique combination of business insight, operational expertise, and unwavering commitment to success.

Amiee T. Fox
Amiee has experience in administrative roles and is dedicated to enhancing organizational efficiency and meticulous proficiency in our office management.
Her expertise extends to managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative responsibilities with precision.
Ms. Fox has excellent communication abilities; she consistently ensures seamless operations and fosters a productive work environment for our team.
